Echinacea – is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and is high in antioxidants, & flavonoids to combat oxidative stress and promote healthy skin. Echinacea also contains vitamins such as A, B-complex, and E, as well as the minerals calcium, iron, sodium, and potassium. 

Red Clover – is an excellent blood cleaner and very helpful for skin conditions. It contains calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and vitamin C.  

Rose Hips – High in Vitamins, antioxidants, and flavonoids like C & A (carotenoids), and polyphenols. It has seriously high doses of vitamin C, which is an antioxidant scavenging, free radicals and protecting your cells. The body also needs vitamin C to produce collagen a.k.a. the stuff that makes you look young, giving you healthy hair, skin, and nails! It also assists in the absorption of iron.

Milk Thistle - Contains antioxidants, bioflavonoids and anti-inflammatory properties. It also preserves glutathione, the “master antioxidant”. It contains vitamins A, B-complex, C and minerals including calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iron and copper. It also contains amino acids. 

Uva Ursi - Is a urinary antiseptic, astringent, and mild diuretic. It works amazingly to combat urinary tract infections, and can even help reduce the accumulation of uric acid.
Before my open heart surgery back in 2014 I had a urinary tract infection (UTI), and after taking 2 cups of tea daily for a few days I was cleared for my operation UTI free without the use of antibiotics.
