***ATTENTION! For any returns using a credit or debit card there will be a non-refundable credit/debit card processing fee of 2.9% + $.30 cents per transaction.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you will need a reason for the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at https://www.wholisticlivin.com/. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at https://www.wholisticlivin.com/.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


The only reason to be denied a refund is if you have surpassed the 30 days since you purchased the product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

You can give us a call to request an exchange. You will be given a coupon code with store credit to purchase another item or you can also do so directly on the phone with our friendly customer service representative. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the credit/debit card processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

Any sales via digital download are final and there are no returns.
